For $200, the 27-inch Odyssey G5 is a great entry into QHD gaming. The 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time are excellent for competitive titles, and the curved VA panel adds immersion without breaking the bank. Colors are vibrant, and the 2500:1 contrast ratio provides deep blacks. However, the 250 cd/m² brightness is just average, and HDR is weak. The stand is basic but functional. The 1-year warranty is standard. I wish it had USB ports, but for the price, you get solid performance. If you're moving from 1080p, this is a worthy upgrade.
